1. Object and Scope of Delivery
- The delivery policy applies to all customers placing orders through the website https://tobeney.vn/
- Tobeney will fulfill all shipping requests for customers nationwide and internationally.
2. Methods of Delivery:
A. Inner-city Delivery: Ho Chi Minh City Area
- Delivery personnel will contact customers in advance who do not have specific time requests to arrange a suitable time with them.
- For customers with specific time requests, delivery personnel will contact and arrange delivery at the requested time.
- Except in cases of urgent deadlines or outside of store hours, personnel will contact and negotiate with customers for a suitable time.
- Please inspect the products carefully upon receiving them from the delivery personnel. If there are any issues regarding the type, model, quality, or quantity of goods not matching the order, please notify us immediately for resolution.
- In cases where delivery personnel are unable to deliver on time due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you again and inform you.
B. Inter-provincial and International Delivery:
- When placing an order, please provide complete and accurate information as requested to facilitate the provision of goods and prompt payment. We are not responsible for delays or loss of delivery due to inaccurate information provided by customers.
- Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or Tet (Vietnamese New Year): delivery time will be calculated from 4:00 PM on the Monday of the following week or the first working day after the holiday.
- Please inspect the goods immediately upon receiving them from the courier. If there are any issues regarding the type, quality, or quantity of goods not matching the order, please notify us immediately for coordination with the courier for resolution.
C. Changes, Cancellations of Transactions:
In the following cases, customers may change or cancel transactions:
- When the store has confirmed the product but it has not yet been shipped.
- If the product has already been shipped, any changes will incur shipping fees borne by the customer.
Normally, upon receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to the customer regarding payment and delivery. Delivery times are usually within 2-4 days from the order confirmation date or as agreed with the customer when placing the order. However, there are cases where delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as:
- Our personnel are unable to contact the customer via phone, resulting in inability to deliver.
- The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect or difficult to locate.
- A sudden increase in the number of orders causing delays in order processing.
- Suppliers delivering goods slower than expected causing delays in delivery or delays by the shipping partner.
- Regarding shipping fees, we use external shipping services, so shipping fees will be calculated based on the fees of the shipping providers depending on the location and weight of the order. When confirming the order with the customer, we will provide specific fee information.
