VNPAY payment instructions

VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards/accounts or the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into mobile banking apps of various banks or linked e-wallets to make payments for transactions and enter discount codes (if available).
Instructions for paying orders using VNPAY on tobeney.vn website:
Step 1: Add products to the cart.
Step 2: Check the products added to the cart and proceed to the checkout page.
Step 3: On the checkout page, after filling in the buyer/recipient information, select the Online Payment method as VNPAY. Complete by clicking the Payment button to proceed to the VNPAY Payment gateway.
Step 4: Notification page redirects to the VNPAY payment gateway on the tobeney.vn website.
Step 5: On the VNPAY payment gateway, the buyer selects the appropriate payment method to complete the final payment step.
Step 6: The buyer scans the QR Code or uses other methods on the mobile phone to complete the payment for the order on the tobeney.vn website.

4 International payment cards.
Payment methods via VNPAY include:
40+ ATM cards/domestic bank accounts.
1. Payment method via "Payment apps supporting VNPAY-QR":
Step 1: Customers select products, services, and choose Pay now or Order.
At the payment page, please review the ordered products, fill in the recipient's information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click "Order now" button.
Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "Payment apps supporting VNPAY-QR" method.
Step 3: The system displays the QR code along with the payment amount, the customer checks this amount. Use the bank app (as listed), select "Scan Code" and scan the QR code on the payment website screen.
*Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes.
To ensure successful payment, customers should review the conditions and scan instructions on the phone in advance to be ready, avoiding timing issues affecting payment and customer discount codes.
Step 4: Check information, enter discount codes (if any), and complete the payment.
Upon completion of the payment, customers will receive a confirmation notification of a successful order placement on the website.
2. Payment method via "Domestic cards and bank accounts":
Step 1: Customers select products, services, and choose Pay now or Order.
At the payment page, please review the ordered products, fill in the recipient's information, choose the VNPAY payment method, and click "Order now" button.
Step 2: The payment screen switches to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "Domestic cards and bank accounts" method and select the bank for card payment from the list.
Step 3: Customers please enter card/account information as required and click "Continue". OTP code will be sent to the registered phone, enter OTP code to complete the transaction.
*Note: Transaction will expire after 15 minutes.
Step 4: Upon completion of the payment, customers will receive a confirmation notification of a successful order placement on the website.

3. Payment method via "International payment cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)":
Similar to the "Domestic cards and bank accounts" payment method.
4. Payment method via "VNPAY e-wallet":
Similar to the "Payment apps supporting VNPAY-QR" payment method.
